Credne
Credne [ ˈkʲrʲeːðʲnʲe ], also Crédne or Creidhne, is a legendary figure in the Celtic mythology of Ireland .
As a bronze / coppersmith, Credne is one of the three " gods of craft " among the Túatha Dé Danann and thus a child of the Danu with his brothers Goibniu and Luchta . He is the embodiment of the blacksmith's trade and helps repair the weapons of the Tuatha de Danaan . In the Battle of Mag Tuired Goibniu forges lance tips and swords for the fighters with three blows, Luchta cuts the shaft with three axes and Credne attaches it to it with three blows.
Together with the doctor Dian Cecht , he makes the silver hand for King Nuada .
Creidne is also the name of a mythological Irish warrior.
