The Crescent Stream is a 4.2 km long glacial meltwater river in the Taylor Valley of East Antarctica Victoria Land . It flows from the Crescent Glacier in a northerly direction to the south-central shore of Lake Fryxell .

It got its name based on that of the glacier that feeds it at the suggestion of the American hydrologist Diane Marie McKnight, head of the team of the United States Geological Survey , which examined the river system of Lake Fryxell between 1987 and 1994.
