Crocodile Island is an island off the Ingrid Christensen Coast of Princess Elisabeth Land in East Antarctica . It belongs to the Rauer Islands and is located south to southeast of Shleif Island .
Australian scientists named it descriptively, as they one in shape to the head crocodile ( English crocodile recalls).
