Crystal Slope is an ice slope at an altitude of 3700 m on the west side of Mount Erebus on the Antarctic Ross Island . It leads down from the rim of the summit crater between Camp Slope and Robot Gully .
The name of the ice slope is a scree slope that contains large crystals of anorthoclase .
