Current Biology is a scientific journal that publishes articles from all areas of biology , in particular from cell biology , molecular biology , genetics , neurobiology , ecology and evolutionary biology . Current Biology is published biweekly and includes research that is peer-reviewed prior to publication. Current Biology also contains review articles and a magazine section. The magazine was founded in 1992 and has been part of Cell Press , a division of Elsevier , since 2001. The editor in chief is Geoffrey North .
