Curt Jahn
Curt Jahn (born February 16, 1892 in Schmalkalden ; † November 7, 1966 in Coburg ) was a German artillery general in World War II .
Life
Jahn served as an officer in World War I and was promoted to captain in August 1918.
After the war he switched to the Reichswehr and worked as a commander and general staff officer in various units. Jahn was also employed in the Reichswehr Ministry and reached the rank of major general in January 1939. In the Wehrmacht he led the 121st Infantry Division and the 3rd Infantry Division as a commander in World War II .
In March 1948 he was released from captivity and internment.
