The 13th local elections of the Republic of Turkey ( Turkish 2004 Türkiye yerel seçimleri ) took place on March 28, 2004. The mayor, city councilors and village chiefs ( Muhtar ) were elected for five years .

Results by province. Yellow AKP, red CHP, purple MHP, green DGB (Alliance of DEHAP), blue DSP, pink DYP, the brows are SP, gray independents.
