The parliamentary elections in Turkey in 1931 were general elections that took place in Turkey on April 25, 1931.

It was the first parliamentary elections after the end of the attempt at a multiparty system in the history of the modern Republic of Turkey in 1930. The CHF (Republican People's Party) of state founder and party leader Mustafa Kemal Ataturk was the only party allowed in Turkey in 1931 after the Liberal Republican Party ( SCF ) had been disbanded. The turnout was 88%. A total of 317 members were newly elected for the Grand National Assembly . It was the last election before the constitutional amendment of December 11, 1934, when the right to vote was increased from 18 to 22 years. In addition, the constitutional amendment of December 11, 1934 introduced active and passive voting rights for women after they were allowed to vote in local elections as early as 1930.

In addition, 30 members of parliament were kept free for so-called independent candidates in this election. In the election, the independent candidates finally got all 30 seats reserved for them in parliament, while the CHF won the other 287 seats.

After the election, Ataturk was elected President of the Republic for the third time. Ismet Inönü was again elected Prime Minister .
