The election to the National Assembly in Turkey in 1965 took place on October 10, 1965.

442 male and 8 female MPs were elected by the people. This corresponded to a proportion of women of 1.78 percent. 276 or 61.33 percent of all MPs were new, 174 or 38.67 percent of the MPs had already participated in the previous election.
