Cyprian Bazylik

Cyprian Bazylik (* around 1535 in Sieradz ; † around 1600 ) was a Polish composer .

Bazylik studied theology and music in Cracow . In 1556 he entered the service of Prince Mikołaj Radziwiłł the Black in Vilnius . After his death he worked as a member of the court orchestra of the Polish King Sigismund II August .

Bazylik emerged as a composer of psalms in Latin and Polish.
