Dániel Varga (water polo player)
Dániel Varga D. (born September 25, 1983 in Budapest ) is a Hungarian water polo player .
The 2.00 m tall left winger from Tömörd Vas megye stood in 2004 as a substitute for the Hungarian Olympic team. At the world championships in 2005 and 2007 , Varga was runner-up with the Hungarian team, and in 2006 the team came second in the European championship. At the 2008 Olympic Games , the Hungarians won the final against the team from the United States, with Dániel Varga scoring three goals.
With his club team, Varga won the Hungarian Cup in 2002, 2004 and 2005, and in 2007 he was the Hungarian champion with Vasas.
