Dúgvan (newspaper)
Dúgvan [ ˈdɪgvan ] (Eng. "The dove") was a monthly newspaper in the Faroe Islands from January 1894 to 1928. It appeared in Danish with the subtitle Afholdsblad for Færøerne ("Abstinenzlerblatt für die Faröer").
In 1941–42 a newspaper with the same name came out, this time in Faroese .
