Dünner Strasse 273 (Mönchengladbach)
The half-timbered house on Dünner Straße 273 is located in the Neuwerk -Dünn district of Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).
The house was built in the second half of the 18th century. It was entered under No. D 003 on December 4, 1984 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
The two-story residential and stable building from the second half of the 18th century is located in the Neuwerk district on Dünner Straße . The half-timbered house , in which an inn is operated, is the rest of the structures from the older settlement history in the narrower area of the Neuwerk monastery .
The entrance to the restaurant is on Dünner Straße. On the right side of the street Krahnendonk, the building profile is continued by a three-window extension in solid masonry along the eaves .
