The Düsseldorf Debate was a magazine that appeared from September 1984 to summer 1988. It was founded by Michael Ben , Peter Maiwald and Thomas Neumann . Against them, who had been members of the DKP up to then, party order proceedings were initiated, with Neumann anticipating an order measure by resigning.

In addition to the editors, the magazine featured regular authors including Matthias Beltz , Jutta Brückner , Georg Fülberth , Sabine Kebir , Helmut Ridder and Franziska Wiethold .
