The residential building Düsseldorfer Straße 112 is in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).
The house was built in 1899 and was entered under the number D 024 on September 14, 1993 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
The property is a two-storey, eaves- mounted, plastered building with seven window axes with a central-axis house entrance and a left-hand gate entrance. The same eaves height , the same roof shape and, in principle, the same structure with only varying stucco ornamentation suggest that it was built as a double house with no. 108 at the same time . The house was built in the third quarter of the 19th century. The house entrance was deepened in 1905.
