The residential building Düsseldorfer Straße 108 is in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).
The house was built in 1899. It was entered under No. D 023 on September 14, 1993 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
The property is a two-storey plastered eaves house with five axes with an access to the building from the central axis. Horizontal structure and accentuation by a base cornice over an imitation cuboid as well as by the even row of the windows . All facade openings are framed by plaster profiles. A far projecting eaves with a tooth cut above a moderately steep inclined cripple residential roof. The house was built in the third quarter of the 19th century.
