The house was built in 1899. It was entered under No. D 018 on February 8, 1994 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
The three-storey three-window house with a rear extension was built as a double house with No. 27 with a mirror-symmetrical facade design in 1899. It is a later type of three-family house with a central axis emphasized by box oriels . Façade design in a mixed construction of clinker and plaster. Typical three-part structure with rusticated ground floor, through triangular gable-crowned bay window and gabled window roofing . A gable roof sloping gently towards the rear over a protruding box cornice completes the building with its basement .
