The Data Modul AG , headquartered in Munich, is a worldwide distributor and manufacturer of individually adapted to the customer industrially used display, touch, embedded, monitor and panel PC solutions. The company, founded in 1972, is listed as a stock corporation in the CDAX and realizes its own products and customer-specific display systems at the development, logistics and manufacturing site in Weikersheim .
History of the company
Data Modul GmbH was founded in Munich in 1972 and converted into a stock corporation in 1988. The company was listed on the Munich and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges the following year . In 1998 Conrac GmbH from Weikersheim was taken over and production was merged. When Conrac GmbH was renamed DATA MODUL Weikersheim GmbH in 2013, the merger of the production sites in Munich and Weikersheim was also completed. Since then, all display systems have been produced at the Weikersheim location .
