The DB Fleet Management Service GmbH is a Founded in 1996, wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn , which manages its entire fleet. According to its own information, the company is one of the largest fleet providers in Germany with around 80,000 vehicles (cars, vans, trailers and special vehicles). This also includes several thousand Deutsche Bahn emergency vehicles.

This includes long-term rental , chauffeur service, fleet advice, pool vehicles and fleet management as well as the sale of vehicles. The company is based in Frankfurt am Main and had around 250 employees in 2018.

DB Fuhrparkservice belongs to the fleet of Deutsche Bahn, to which Deutsche Bahn Connect (until 2017 DB Rent ), another wholly owned subsidiary, is also assigned.
