IPO 2018

An IPO in the Prime Standard on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange was planned for November 14, 2018 . However, due to the market environment, a placement at a share price of 27 to 23 euros was not possible. Therefore, the IPO took place three weeks later with a reduced issue price of 12 euros, but the volume was increased to 4.37 million shares. The company's income from the IPO was 52 million euros (instead of 79 million euros as originally planned). The previous shareholders hold their shares in connection with the IPO. The income from the newly issued shares will flow into advertising and sales.

At the time of going public, the company had a portfolio of 420,000 policies. At the end of the first half of 2020, the company was managing 535,830 insurance contracts, of which over 100,000 were concluded in the 2019 financial year alone. The inventory contributions as of June 30, 2020 amounted to 114.3 million euros.
