German real estate share index

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The German Real Estate Share Index (DIMAX) has been launched by the Ellwanger & Geiger bank since 1989 .

The DIMAX is the first comprehensive share index of German real estate companies. The term “Immobilien-AG” is not defined. B. breweries and industrial companies are also located, but their importance today lies in their commitment to the real estate industry.

The DIMAX is a so-called private index. The prerequisites for inclusion in the DIMAX are, among other things, that at least 75% of sales and earnings come from the real estate business. Furthermore, the need to share publicly listed on the official trading , regulated market or regulated free trade originate.

The large companies in DIMAX include GAGFAH SA, IVG Immobilien AG and Deutsche EuroShop AG.

The DIMAX is not to be equated with the German Real Estate Index (DIX).
