B-Front is the pseudonym of the Dutch hardstyle DJ and producer Bob van der Palen from Veldhoven .

Life

Van der Palen came into contact with music at the age of eight, after which he began producing himself in his neighbor's studio at the age of ten, and in 2005 Van der Palen had his first release with Motherfucking Psycho on DJs Records, followed by the hit Lunatick in 2006. His first big appearance was at Defqon.1 in 2008, but his breakthrough was at X-Qlusive Holland 2009, which brought him international attention. Van der Palen names DJ Zany and Michel Pollen as his main musical inspirations and influences. Together with Adaro , Frequencerz and Ran-D , Van der Palen founded his own label in 2015: Roughstate.

In January 2016 he received his own X-Qlusive at the Heineken Music Hall . which, according to his own statements, put the crown on his work.

Van der Palen is not only active under the name B-Front: together with Frequencerz he is part of the live act B-Freqz . Together with Frontliner he also has the live act B-Frontliner , and is also part of the act 2-Sidez with Jaimy Ernste, who also performs and produces under the pseudonym Pulse . In 2017, B-Front released its first album called Beyond Reality with titles like Infinite , Beat the Darkness and EVP .
