Dagi Kieffer
Dagi Kieffer (* 1925 in Karlsruhe ) is chairwoman of the foundation board of the Ecology & Agriculture Foundation .
Dagi Kieffer grew up in the southern Palatinate . She has given the foundation founded by her husband Karl Werner Kieffer important impulses from the start. When the foundation began to focus more and more on the topics of organic agriculture , healthy eating and viticulture in the mid-1970s , Dagi Kieffer got involved. Another concern is to bundle the interests of the various groups in organic farming. From 1976 she was on the board of the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) for several years . In 1977 she took over the publication of the journal Ökologie & Landbau .
