Dalberg Prize
The Academy of Non-Profit Sciences in Erfurt has been awarding the Dalberg Prize for transdisciplinary young researchers since 2005 in conjunction with the Thuringian universities and colleges . The prize is named after Carl von Dalberg (1744–1817), Mainz governor of Erfurt and special protector of the academy. a. last Imperial Arch Chancellor and Prince Primate of the Rhine Confederation named. The prize is endowed with 2000 euros (as of 2017).
The Dalberg Prize is awarded to German or English-language academic work (completed diploma or master theses, dissertations, habilitation theses) from Germany and abroad after an evaluation by a pricing committee. The work must deal with a transdisciplinary topic.
