Dale Appleby (born December 19, 1986 in Pontypridd ) is a British road cyclist from Wales .
Dale Appleby began his career in 2006 with the British Continental Team Recycling.co.uk . In his first year there, he became the Welsh road racing champion. At the British championship he finished third in the individual time trial of the U23 class. In 2009 Appleby switched to Candi TV-Pinarello RT and since 2010 he has been driving for the Raleigh team . In his first season there, he was Welsh road racing champion and he finished ninth overall in the Ringerike Grand Prix .
