The Dalian International Trade Center is a 365-meter, 86-story skyscraper in Dalian ( Chinese 大連 市 / 大连 市 , Pinyin Dàlián shì ). After Eton Place Dalian , it is the second tallest building in the city (as of 2020). Construction began in 2012 and was completed in 2019.
