Dalton is a small settlement south of Dumfries in the district Dumfries and Galloway in Scotland . The city is four kilometers south of the town of Lockerbie , made famous by a terrorist attack in the 1980s.
The Church of Dalton was in the 12th century built. It is noteworthy that there are four large families in Dalton who have lived there for over 200 years.
