Damián Waller , full name Damián Javier Waller Grosso , (born July 9, 1997 in Nueva Helvecia ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

society

The 1.83 meter tall midfielder Waller played for Nacional from Nueva Helvecia from 2010 to 2011. In 2011 he moved to Defensor Sporting's youth department . There he made his debut for the professional team in the Primera División on May 22, 2016 , when he was substituted on by coach Eduardo Acevedo on matchday 13 of the Clausura in the 6: 5 away win against El Tanque Sisley in the 66th minute for Vicente Sánchez . Overall, he only played this one first division game (no goal) in the 2015/16 season. During the 2016 season he was used once (no goal) in the league.

Waller was a member of the Uruguayan U-18 national team in 2015 .
