Damiano Femfert

Damiano Femfert (* 1985 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German-Italian writer.

Life

Damiano Femfert grew up in Germany and Italy. Femfert studied comparative literature at La Sapienza University in Rome and at Paris-Nanterre University and completed a thesis on James Joyce's Ulysses . In addition to his writing as a screenwriter, he is active in the art scene as a curator and works as a lecturer in Rome, where he also lives. His literary debut Rivenports friend appeared in 2020 in the Frankfurt publishing Schöffling & Co. Denis Scheck called Femferts debut novel in the SWR -Fernsehsendung worth reading as "the literary discovery this spring."
