Damien Cély (born April 13, 1989 in Sarcelles ) is a French diver . He starts in the disciplines of 3 m artificial jumping as well as 3 m synchronized jumping.

Cély won his first international medal at the 2011 European Championships in Turin . Together with Matthieu Rosset he won bronze in the 3 m synchronized jumping.

In 2009, Cély took part in the World Cup in Rome for the first time and was ninth in the dubbing competition, two years later he improved to eighth place with Rosset in the same competition. At the 2012 Olympic Games , Cély started from the 3-meter board, but did not reach the final as 22nd in qualification.
