Dan Bárta
Dan Bárta (born December 14, 1969 in Karlovy Vary ) is a Czech singer and photographer.
Life
In 1990 Bárta founded the rock band Alice in Pilsen . He was also involved in founding Die el. Eleffant !? involved. In 1994 he became a singer in the band JAR. In the 1990s, Bárta appeared in the musicals Jesus Christ Superstar and Evita . Bárta discovered the styles of funk and jazz for himself and released the album Illustratosphere in 2000 , from which a band project of the same name developed. Bárta received the Anděl music award for singer of the year ten times .
As a photographer, Bárta specialized in dragonflies . He photographs these insects all over the world and, in collaboration with entomologists, published an extensive monograph on dragonflies in the Czech Republic.
