Dance Central is a dance game for the Xbox 360 console developed by Harmonix (the makers of Guitar Hero and Rock Band ) and published by Microsoft and MTV - Games in 2010 . It came out at the same time as Kinect .

Gameplay

The game is controlled via a Kinect sensor. You do n't have any controller in your hand, you control the character by imitating the dancers displayed. Depending on how well you can imitate the dances, it will be displayed whether you can do the previous "Move" z. B. danced "perfect". In addition to the monochrome mirror image, through which you can follow your own movements similar to a mirror, you are represented by one of the eight dancers in the game.

The 32 songs already included on the disc are all from the charts from the 1970s to the 2000s. In addition, you can buy up to 32 additional songs as DLC . These songs are upwardly compatible with Dance Central 2 & 3.
