Dangyangyu kiln
The Dangyangyu kiln ( Chinese 当 阳 峪 窑 , Pinyin Dāngyángyù yáo , English Dangyangyu kiln ) was an important non-state porcelain kiln in the time of the Northern Song Dynasty . It is located in Xiuwu County in the Chinese province of Henan and is also called the Xiuwu Kiln ( 修武 窑 ).
According to Li Huibing of the Chinese Research Society for Ancient Ceramics , the kiln can be placed on the same level as famous kilns such as the Ru , Jun or Ding .
The site of the Dangyangyu Kiln ( 当 阳 峪 窑址 , Dāngyángyù yáozhǐ , English Dangyangyu kiln site ) has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 2006 .
