Daniel Ducruet (born November 27, 1964 in Beausoleil ) was the husband of Stéphanie von Monaco from 1995 to 1996 .

Live and act

The former police officer met Stéphanie von Monaco in 1991 while he was employed as her bodyguard . Their children Louis (* 1992) and Pauline (* 1994) were born before the wedding. The marriage ended in divorce in 1996 after he was caught flirting with the naked Belgian stripper Fili Houteman in the swimming pool by paparazzi and the photos were published in the sensational press worldwide . He has another son from a previous relationship.

In 2001 and 2002 he released the singles Pourquoi pas and Jamais personne ... au nom de toi . He hit the headlines in 2007 when he was a guest on a French television show discussing paparazzi. When he felt provoked in the course of the discussion by a paparazzo who was also invited as a guest, a fight broke out in front of the camera.
