Daniel Felixowitsch Sarezki

Daniel Felixowitsch Sarezki ( Russian Даниэль Феликсович Зарецкий ; * 1964 in Leningrad ) is a Russian organist and university professor .

Sarezki studied at the Leningrad Conservatory and the Music Academy in Helsinki . He completed his concert diploma in 1993 with distinction. In 1991 he won first prize at the National Organ Competition, and in 1990 an honorary diploma at the International Organ Competition in Italy. He taught from 2002 to 2007 as a professor at the Nizhny Novgorod Conservatory . In 2006 he was recognized as an Honored Artist of the Russian Federation. He is currently professor at the St. Petersburg State University and at the St. Petersburg Conservatory . In 2008 he was a juror at the International BACH | LISZT organ competition .
