Danila Montanari
Danila Comastri Montanari (born November 4, 1948 in Bologna , Italy ) is an Italian writer .
Life
She initially worked as a history teacher until she published her first novel in 1990 about the Roman senator Publius Aurelius, who solves criminal cases in ancient Rome.
Danila Montanari lives in Bologna with her husband and daughter. She speaks the languages Latin , Greek and Chinese and takes part in archaeological excavations.
