The Danish West India and Guinea Company Warehouse is a Grade II listed building in Christiansted on Saint Croix, US Virgin Islands . It is part of the Christiansted National Historic Site .

The building was erected around 1750 by the Danish West India Company . At that time and well into the 19th century, Saint Croix was very productive and the most prosperous island in the Danish West Indies . The Danish West India and Guinea Company Warehouse was the business center of this colonial empire in the 18th century. In the 19th century, the building served the Panama Telegraph and Cable Company , the United States Postal Service and a customs house . The Danish West India and Guinea Company Warehouse underwent renovations in 1838 and 1939, which, however, did not affect the facade, so that the original has been preserved. As one of six buildings, it was merged into the Christiansted National Historic Site in 1952 . On October 9, 1974 was Danish West India and Guinea Company Warehouse as a monument in the National Register of Historic Places of the United States included.
