Dany El-Idrissi
Dany El-Idrissi (born August 6, 1975 in La Chaux-de-Fonds ) is a former Swiss athlete . His specialty was the pole vault . He was twice Swiss runner-up and a member of the national team. El-Idrissi started for LC Zurich and was trained by Anatoly Gordyenko. On May 16, 2007, El-Idrissi announced his retirement from top-class sport.
El-Idrissi graduated from Vera Forster drama school in Zurich and graduated in 2006. He works under the stage name Daniel Olivier. In 2008 he played in the movie " Der Grosse Kater " alongside Bruno Ganz .
El-Idrissi now works full-time as an editor and producer at Teleclub Sport in Zurich . He is the brother of the former 400 meter hurdler Cédric El-Idrissi
