Dany González , full name Dany Mauricio González Álvarez (born June 13, 1985 in Melo ), is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.75-meter-tall offensive player González was at the beginning of his career in the Torneo Clasificatorio 2004 and then from the Apertura 2004 to the Clausura 2008 in the squad of the first division Centro Atlético Fénix , with whom he also had a second division season in the 2006/07 season completed. In the Apertura 2008 and the Clausura 2009 he then played 28 league games (ten goals) in the Liga de Ascenso (or Primera División "A" ) for the Mexican club Rayados Monterrey . The Apertura 2009 and the Bicentenario 2010 he spent in ranks of Alacranes de Durango . He came there on 24 appearances in the Liga de Ascenso and scored nine goals. He then moved to Universidad Guadalajara and ran in the Apertura 2010 eight times (one goal) in the Liga de Ascenso. Orizaba was his employer in the 2011 Clausura, in which the statistics show him 15 games and four goals in that league . No statistical data are available for the subsequent period. He left Orizaba in late January 2013 for the Uruguayan second division club Huracán FC , for whom he scored four times in the opposing goal in ten appearances in the Segunda División in the 2013/14 season . In January 2014 he joined the first division club Sud América , but was only used there in one game (no goal) of the Primera División until the end of the season . After the Clausura 2014, his departure was announced without a destination. In the 2014/15 season and beyond so far (as of September 11, 2016) there has been no other career station for him in professional football.
