The house on the cliff (original title: Peril at End House ) is an English long episode of the second season of the television series Agatha Christie's Poirot from 1990 by Renny Rye . It is the film adaptation of Agatha Christie's 1932 novel The House on the Dune .
action
Hercule Poirot is actually enjoying his well-deserved retirement in the coastal town of St. Looe in southern England. But after meeting the mysterious Miss Nick - who has escaped three assassinations in the past three days - he sees himself in the middle of a new case. His colleague Captain Arthur Hastings can benefit from the infallible flair of his role model. In the second part of the episode, a séance is held in which the true events of Poirot are revealed.
