Elisabeth Endriss

Elisabeth Roswitha Endriss , married name Wicki-Endriss (born July 2, 1944 in Eger , Sudetenland ) is a German actress .

Life

Endriss received her acting training at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich .

She mainly worked at the theater, but also made a number of cinema and television films, such as The Money Is in the Bank of Curth Flatow . In 1977 she met the actor, photographer and director Bernhard Wicki and appeared in his films Sansibar or The Last Reason and The Spider Web , among others . In 1995 she married Wicki.

After his death in 2000, she founded the Bernhard-Wicki-Gedächtnisfonds eV , which awards the Peace Prize of German Film - Die Brücke . It also made possible the exhibition of Wicki's photographic work.

In 2007 Elisabeth Endriss presented her film biography Disturbance - and a kind of poetry. The film legend Bernhard Wicki finished.
