Dave's Insanity Sauce

Dave's Insanity Sauce is a very hot chili sauce from the American company Dave's Gourmet , run by Dave Hirschkop . She was the first commercially distributed sauce, the capsaicin extract ( oleoresin ) to increase the sharpness used. The manufacturer of this seasoning sauce does not provide any information on the spiciness; it is estimated at about 180,000 Scoville .

In the USA , spicy foods became fashionable in the early 1990s .
