Seasoning sauces

Seasoning sauces (also seasoning sauce) are sauces that are used as seasoning ingredients when cooking or individually at the table, similar to spices . Today they are mostly produced industrially. According to the German food book , they are “flowable or pasty preparations with a pronounced spicy taste made from crushed and / or liquid ingredients.” Fish sauces can also be included.
