Dave Prince

Dave Prince (actually David Prince; born September 20, 1941 ) is a former Australian hurdler who started on both the 110-meter and the 400-meter distance .

At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Perth in 1962 , he won silver over 120 yard hurdles and was eliminated from 440 yard hurdles in the preliminary run. Four years later he was eighth over 120 yard hurdles at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Kingston in 1966 and failed over 440 yard hurdles again in the first round.

Four times he was Australian champion over 120 yard hurdles (1961-1964) and three times over 220 yard hurdles (1961-1963). He set his personal best over 120 yard hurdles of 14.38 s on November 29, 1962 in Perth (hand-stopped: 14.1 s, July 12, 1966, Melbourne ).
