Julian Elsner von Gronow
Carl Julian Ferdinand Elsner von Gronow (* 1834 ; † 1910 ) was a Prussian administrative lawyer and district administrator .
Life
Elsner von Gronow began as a government assessor in Posen in 1860 . From 1863 to 1876 and again from 1878 to 1881 he served as district administrator in the Mogilno district of the Poznan province . In 1877 and then again from 1881 to 1890 he was a councilor in Breslau . In the same year 1890 Julian Elsner von Gronow was the administrative court director in Köslin . As a secret councilor he was retired in 1898.
