David Bitan

David Bitan ( Hebrew דוד ביטן, * 1962 in Morocco ) is an Israeli politician of the Likud party .

Life

He was born in Morocco. When he was five years old, his family immigrated to Israel. Bitan studied law at Tel Aviv University and has practiced as a lawyer in Israel since 1987. In 1988, Bitan became a member of the Rishon LeZion City Council , of which he became Deputy Mayor. Bitan has been a member of the Knesset since 2015 .
