David E. Kaiser

David E. Kaiser (* 1947 ) is an American historian.

He received his PhD from Harvard University in 1976 .

He has taught at Carnegie Mellon University , Williams College, and Harvard University . He is currently in the Department of Strategy and Policy at Naval War College .
