David Kemp (born April 10, 1984 in Toowoomba ) is a former Australian road cyclist.

David Kemp won the road race at the Australian Club Championships in the junior class in 2002. The following year he was third in the U23 class. In the 2006 season he won a stage each at the Australian Cycling Grand Prix and the Tour of the Murray River . In 2007 he was successful on the first stage of the Tour des Pyrénées and again won a section of the Tour of the Murray River . The next year he won a stage in the Tour of Gippsland and two stages in the Tour of the Murray River, which won another stage in 2009. In 2010 he won a stage of the Chinese Tour of Taihu Lake . In 2011 he ended his cycling career.
