David Pfister
David Pfister is an Austrian radio presenter , journalist, author, musician and DJ.
Life
David Pfister has been working for the Austrian radio station FM4 since 1998 . There he moderated and produced various programs such as Connected, Update, Homebase, Festival Radio and Supersonnig. With the fictional character Luna Luce alias Natalie Brunner he moderated the ironic-anarchic society show Lunapark. He also designs radio reports, conducts interviews and writes columns on the FM4 website and for music magazines. Pfister is known for his efforts in the fringe areas of pop music such as noise , industrial or Krautrock , but also publishes in the fields of literature and religion. He writes and produces the satirical radio play series "Sonja & Bernd" with Eva Deutsch. In 2015 Pfister and Deutsch wrote the humorous book "Sonja & Bernd in Thailand", which was illustrated by the cartoonist Gerhard Haderer .
He also worked as a DJ. With Robert Zikmund he ran the club evenings Club Nihil and Club Kajal in Vienna.
Since 2003 he has also been organizing readings in Austria and Germany with Fritz Ostermayer , Christian Fuchs and Robert Zikmund. The so-called inclination group sex, violence and good mood presents texts from pop culture to esoteric works in a mostly satirical way. In 2007 she released the album Good Night Vienna, a collection of eccentric Viennese songs, on Trikont / Trost in Germany and Austria . The record Wellen Der Angst followed in 2009 and Loss Mas Bleibm in 2012 . The "inclination group" disbanded in 2013. In 2015 he became active again with Christian Fuchs with the project Die Buben Im Pelz and released the debut record of the same name (Konkord).
In 2004 Pfister and Clemens Haipl founded the band Heirstyle , which belongs to the Electro Wave genre and has so far released two albums and two singles.
With Ashley Dayour , Pfister is also active with the project The Devil & The Universe and with Dr. Nachstrom in the Black Manna formation .
He also works with Paul Raal , the performance groups Solar White Manna , Paluch Y , Danijel Zambo , Superpunk , Sir Tralala and the artist Erynnia .
