David Rauter

David Rauter (pseudonym: Hjalmar Kjölenson ) (born November 6, 1848 in Kleblach ; † October 3, 1938 in Graz ) was an Austrian lawyer and writer .

Life

Born the son of a postmaster, Rauter studied law in Graz after attending grammar school in Klagenfurt . In 1869 he was one of the founders of the Carinthian Student Association , which later became Carinthia and the Graz fraternity Allemannia . After graduating, he became a lawyer in Feldbach . He was awarded Dr. iur. PhD . He was active as a writer.
